Glass bead blasting
In general, glass blasting is a process of surface treatment of various objects. In this process, under high pressure, small glass beads are directed at the product for cleaning or surface treatment. Glassblasting aims to leave a smooth, shiny and cleaner surface.
The main advantage of glass balls is their perfectly round shape, which makes it impossible to damage the product. This opens up the possibility of gentle processing of even the tiniest materials using this method.
A quick option for a matte finish before anodizing.
- Glass-blasting does not replace mechanical preparation of parts before coating, large burrs or deep scratches may not be completely removed.
Matte finish on your products
Due to the matting affection, this method is often used for aluminum parts finish.
